Skyward Student and Family Access are also available on mobile devices as Skyward Mobile Access. Installing the Skyward Mobile Access app on your phone or tablet allows you on-the-go access to to your child's student records data in an mobile-friendly format. You can find the Skyward Mobile Access app by clicking a link below to the app store for your device.
If your mobile device doesn't support the Skyward Mobile Access app, you can still access the mobile interface through the link below.
Parents are able to subscribe to automatic balance notices. Automatic notices will be sent to your email address at 3:00 p.m. each evening that your family account is below $20.00. To subscribe you can login to your Family Access account, click on the E-mail Notifications, Change My Notifications, click to check the box, and Save. If you wish to unsubscribe you will follow similar steps. Remember the threshold is $20.00 and you will receive an email every day your account is below that amount.
Some users have reported problems with the teacher email links in Family and Student Access. Clicking on an email link in Family and Student Access will open the default email client on your computer, which may not be what you want if you are using a web based email account. If you are using a web based email program such as Hotmail or Gmail, it may be necessary to either copy and paste or type an email address, rather than clicking on the provided link.
