IS/MS:
Fifteen middle school students of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade, competed at the Academic Quiz Bowl held in Watertown on Wednesday, March 11. Middle Schools from Watertown, Jefferson, Stone Bank, Johnson Creek and Waterloo competed. Students competed in one of the following categories by grade including, Science, Math, English Language Arts and Social Studies and the team competition in Current Events.
Placewinners included; Brooks Bartaszewicz 2nd-8th Social Studies, Carolyn Jensen 2nd 6th Science, Collin Ahorner 2nd-7th Science, Wyllow Svendsen 2nd-ELA, Daniel Ringenberg 3rd-8th Science, Olivia Reise 3rd-7th Science and the current events team of Adeline McFarlane, Olivia Reise, Riley Grant, Wyllow Svendsen, and Daniel Ringenberg finished 3rd.
All cell phones must remain in your locker during the school day and must be powered off.
At 3:20, all students should exit the building unless they are attending a sports practice or working directly with a teacher. If you are attending an athletic event, you may return to school at the start time of the event.
