The Waterloo School District is considering an operational referendum for the April 2026 ballot. This referendum would be necessary to maintain our educational programming amid inflationary pressures and inadequate state funding.
As part of its planning process, the Board of Education is asking all members of our community to participate in a survey to evaluate the district’s needs, consider possible solutions, and contribute input and feedback.
The anonymous survey will be open through December 5, 2025, and it takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. The Board of Education will use your feedback to evaluate solutions that meet community needs, are financially responsible, and maintain a high-quality educational experience for our students.
