Code of Conduct
Students participating in activities and athletics must sign off on the co-curricular code of conduct in order to participate during the 2025-2026 school year. If you are not in a sport, you will be able to review and sign the code of conduct as part of the online registration process.
Athletic Code of Conduct Meeting
Wednesday, July 30th at 6:00pm in the Fieldhouse
Student athletes must have the following before they can participate:
Completed Online Registration for the 2025-26 School Year
All Registration and Athletic fees paid
Attend Athletic Code of Conduct Meeting (Meeting Slides if unable to attend)
Signed Code of Conduct and Concussion Forms - English Spanish
Sports Physical or Alternate Year Card
Students participating in activities need to attend or view the Co-Curricular meeting and submit the Code of Conduct form. Activity advisors will also be providing this information.
