Code of Conduct

If your child will be participating in a sport (middle or high school), and you were unable to attend the co-curricular meeting, you can watch it online.

BOTH parent AND student need to complete the forms. Student athletes must be registered for school, have all fees paid, attend or view the co-curricular meeting and have all athletic forms turned in before they will be allowed to practice.

THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE BEFORE STUDENTS CAN PRACTICE.
