Principal's Message

Welcome to Waterloo High School!

I am excited and honored to serve as the Principal of Waterloo High School, where we prepare today’s students for tomorrow’s challenges.

Our small school offers a wealth of opportunities in an exceptionally safe and welcoming environment. These opportunities include a robust selection of core classes, as well as courses in world languages, technology education, business education, agriculture, music, art, physical education, health, online electives, mentorships, youth apprenticeships, and dual-credit options. We are proud to have been recognized by U.S. News and World Report as one of the Best High Schools in the nation in both 2023 and 2024. This accolade places Waterloo High School in the top 40% of high schools nationwide and the top 30% in Wisconsin. The recognition is based on a comprehensive assessment that includes College Readiness, State Assessment Proficiency, State Assessment Performance, Underserved Student Performance, College Curriculum Breadth, and Graduation Rates.

In addition to our academic offerings, Waterloo High School provides a diverse array of athletic and extracurricular experiences, including Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Patriot's Club, Gender-Sexuality Alliance (GSA), Student Council, Solo & Ensemble, Drama/Musicals, Forensics, FFA, Visual Arts Classics, National Honor Society, and many more.

Our district is proud to support an outstanding scholarship program, awarding graduating seniors hundreds of thousands of dollars each year.
