As we begin to prepare for finals, it's time to practice some self-care. Join us next week in celebrating Stress Less Week. Stress Less Week will focus on self-care and positive ways to manage stress. There will be opportunities to sign up for a variety of stress reducing activities during WEBS next week Tuesday and Friday. Have a funny joke? Enter it in a contest to win a prize. Like to color or play with play-doh? If so, make sure to stop by the table outside of the cafeteria at lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. Enjoy cocoa and cookies while you study?
